It is the place in Bandung where you can see remnants of its colonial past, and what happens to them if maintenance is disregarded. The once-beautiful buildings that line the street are now, with some exceptions, up for a complete overhaul or at least, a thorough renovation


The 1830-meter high Tangkuban Perahu volcano is one of Bandung ‘s main tourist attractions. With its 5 craters of which at least three are still active, it makes for a spectacular sight.


Philatelists everywhere will enjoy spending time at the city’s interesting Museum. Standing on the north-easterly corner of the city’s Gedung Sate (Regional Government Building),this attraction houses literally thousands of stamps, not only from Indonesia, but from allover the world.

The Saung Angklung Udjo is a mixture of workshop, handicraft centre and living museum, and features music demonstrations of how Angklung are both made and played. Concerts are often staged here, with an orchestra made up mainly of young children.

A concept of mall is slightly changed in Indonesia- from a closed building with strong air-con to an open promenade with lots of nice eating place and fancy shops. Cihampelas Walk or well known as CiWalk is one of them.


Rumah Mode is one of the top shopping outlet located on Jalan Setiabudi. The place is very nicely decorated with excellent landscaping built on a large area with their own paid parking.


A very popular attraction with families and tourists, Bandung Zoo offers particularly impressive and spacious landscaped grounds, with plenty of seating areas and a park-like appearance.
